The City of St. Albert has bylaws in place that restrict the placement of portable, mobile and road side signs. Combine these restrictions with discriminatory permit fess creates a very non business friendly place to run your business. City Council has been attempting, over the last number of years, to rid this city of a low cost and effective way of advertising.
